OM

Not much to report today.  I did a short meditation--15 minutes.  I know we are supposed to be investigating emotion.  Okay.  My emotion was tiredness and tightness through my shoulders, my hips.  I focused on those areas, tried to bring the breath and a sense of ease to them.

Then, I began to chant OM.  Did that for most of the fifteen minutes.

Felt refreshed.  Ended it.

Maybe, after a day of HUGE emotional turmoil--yesterday, I am just worn out.  Om was enough.   I am enough.
