The First Benefit

Three days and it feels good!

I recalled that in one of Sharon's talks at ICT in Washington DC, she mentioned Buddha's list of the seven benefits of mindfulness. I didn't exactly remember what they were so I just looked them up. And the first benefit is purification from the defilements, one of which is sloth and torpor. 

That's the one. I feel energized.
