For the month of February 2011 we invited a diverse group of people to participate in the meditation program that Sharon Salzberg laid out in her latest book, Real Happiness. We asked them to reflect on their experiences—pleasant, difficult, and in between. You can read the blog archives here and search by day or by author.
The people who participated are from all over North America. Some were new to meditation, some have been meditating for years, and of course many fall somewhere in between. Read more about them here.
A beautiful sense of community and support grew as we all practiced together and shared our experiences. We are still deeply moved by the quality of writing and the incredible honesty within these posts. We hope you find this archive to be a valuable resource and also hope that it might inspire you to find out for yourself what it feels like to commit to 28 days of meditation practice (and to keep going!).
