1, 2, 3, 4…

Today’s counting the breath meditation technique is another that I will absolutely try to incorporate into my practice.

I’ve felt most comfortable with guided meditations for the last few years as they tend to help me keep my focus and I haven’t yet trusted myself to meditate on my own accord.

The techniques I’m learning during this challenge are already bolstering my confidence that not only can I meditate on my own, but I will find what works best for my body and my mind and my spirit and my practice will impact me and my life exponentially.

I’m so thrilled with this challenge and it is only day 4. Thank you to Sharon and the team. On to day 5 (my son’s 9th birthday)!!
