I also feel
The expansive space
The sweet suspension
The relief
Of no words

On my cushion
On the trail
On the dance floor
On my mat
On retreat
My spirit is grateful

My mind wants to fill in the spaces
But there is rest and nourishment
When I can hover
Even for a few seconds
In silence
