REGISTRATION FOR THE 2020 CHALLENGE IS NOW CLOSED
When you register to join the Challenge, you are also making the formal commitment to yourself to meditate every day during the month of February. By making this commitment, you join thousands of participants from around the globe who are inspired to learn.
Starting February 1st, you will receive a daily email lesson from Sharon that includes a teaching, a guided meditation, the tip of the day, a frequently asked question related to the practice, posts from the community blog, and a transcript of that day's meditation.
Support your practice with virtual online gatherings each week. Led by highly experienced meditation teachers, each video livestream discusses the week's teaching and practices, offering you a chance to ask questions to clarify and deepen your experience.
Participants have the option to share their experiences by keeping a personal diary on Sharon’s website. These posts offer an honest peek into the life of others who are engaged in practice, deconstructing many of the expectations we have for our own process.
