Congratulations on completing three weeks of mindfulness meditation practice! This has been a healing, insightful month for me, and I am so grateful to be sharing this experience with you!
On day one, I asked why this meditation challenge feels significant to you. Reconnect with your “why” and let us finish the final week of this program as committed to it as we were when we started it.
Lovingkindness begins with lovingkindness towards ourselves, and then expands to include all beings.
Until we heal the relationship we have with ourselves, all other relationships will suffer, and any step we take towards fulfillment will ultimately remain unfulfilling.
Three things to realize as we begin this week of Lovingkindness:
– You are worthy of being treated more kindly by yourself as well as by others
– Your intentions are fundamentally good
– You can trust yourself to responsibly handle whatever comes as a result of the choices you make
