28-Day Meditation Challenge 2019

The 2019 Real Happiness Challenge is now underway and registration is officially closed. This year we have 14,565 participants from around the globe who have committed to sit every day during the month of February, several thousand of whom are blogging about their experiences on our blog.

The program during the month of February is based on Sharon’s NY Times bestselling book, Real Happiness, and covers four areas of meditation practice: concentration, mindfulness of the body, mindfulness of the thoughts/emotions, and lovingkindness.
