28-Day Meditation Challenge 2020

The 2020 Real Happiness Challenge is back and registration will open soon. Last year we had 14,565 participants from around the globe who committed to sit every day during the month of February, several thousand of whom blogged about their experiences on our blog.

The program during the month of February is based on Sharon’s NY Times bestselling book, Real Happiness, and covers four areas of meditation practice: concentration, mindfulness of the body, mindfulness of the thoughts/emotions, and lovingkindness.
