The program during the month of February is based on Sharon’s New York Times bestselling book, Real Happiness, which is being re-released in 2020 in celebration of the ten-year anniversary of the book, and covers four areas of meditation practice: concentration, mindfulness of the body, mindfulness of the thoughts, and lovingkindness.
