I always think I want to meditate, but rarely do. I also always think I’m going to write a novel, but up until last year, hadn’t gotten any words on the page. However, an online group setting, to my surprise, got me going and led to my writing over 80,000 words last April, and so maybe a group setting like this can get me meditating on a regular basis, at last. I like the gentleness of Sharon’s introduction, reminding us that we can begin over and over and over, and that’s the real work — not perfect concentration, but beginning over and over. Not being always on a single path, but always returning to the path, and building greater awareness of when I have left it. I’m looking forward to being on the path with you.
