Am I breathing between thoughts or thinking between breaths

I found myself noticing that I was trying to “record” what I was feeling during the meditation so that I could write about the experience here. On one hand it was exercising the skill of noting and moving on. But really it was a symptom of modern life. All to often we get so caught up in documenting our experiences for social media that we miss the experience in the moment.

The last few minutes of the guided meditation were exquisite, especially when I realized that the days program had ended and I was just enjoying the feeling of my breathe in my own world.
