Anger is not the way to go.

I’m going to be honest. I usually don’t have a lot of issues with emotions coming up during my meditation. I feel like that is usually because I am so distracted by the random thoughts that come up in my mind that I really don’t have to deal with those things. I feel I would love to get to the point where I can focus on just my emotions without things distracting me. I know that is something that I have to work on to make that possible. I’m just glad I’m willing to do that.
