Noting

I felt this helped reduce the emotional interruption of my meditation.  I’m wondering how it will be when I am in silent meditation – without guidance.

I want to be present – particularly when engaging in conversation with someone.  I want to really listen – it means getting holding back my mind from jumping to and fro.
