Continuing practice

When I began today’s meditation I was going over the entire month in my mind, remembering how much I enjoyed telling my friends and coworkers that I had a meditation practice and how much I enjoyed it. I was just telling myself that I should continue on my daily journey of introspection and mindful happiness. I was pleased to hear Sharon suggest that very same thing during the session and I felt almost as though she was connecting with me and encouraging me, personally.  I fully intend to continue on this journey, taking time every day to appreciate my life and all it entails.
