I sit in meditation and I can let the world be the world. I try to, at least. Anyway, Im trying alongside with a large group, so we’re all struggling more or less. But the struggle is pleasant so far.

Just recently, a large quantity of trauma let go and so now meditation seems more easy. Im not struggling nearly as much. Its always interesting to see what turns up in meditation, which insights, which trauma, thoughts, feelings, etc.

Meditation is healthy.
