Hello! I am joining you from snowy Seattle. This is my first post (and first time taking the challenge) although I have been following each day’s lesson. I am excited about getting my meditation practice going with this daily approach. Each day’s lesson brings more focus to my meditation and today I finished with a sense of floating and calm that was not due to sleepiness. I did catch myself a couple of times on about the number 20 but I was able to refocus easily and start at one and continue in cycles of 10.
