day 1 . breathe meditation

I have been meditating daily for the past 4 yrs, and I am grateful to have come across this challenge.  I am creating new patterns in my life by allowing the old ones to fall away.  I am desiring to cultivate my attention towards the creative, and away from the trivial, moving into a deeper connection to the present moment.
