Day 12 Food Meditation 2020

Great day to everyone!

I love food. I used to be a picky eater but I outgrew it. No one else in my immediate family enjoys or appreciates what a miracle food is.
I used to think, “oh this junk food taste so goooood.” I have come to learn and will apply through this meditation that addiction (sugar, caffeine, etc) is not savouring, enjoying. It’s satisfying a craving.

Food can harm, heal or detox.
Because of Sharon,  I can even meditate on swallowing, being in the moment of Breath and Life which in itself is Healing.
