Day 19: Meditation on Working with Challenges

I was very distracted during this entire meditation. I tried so hard to use the techniques Sharon has taught to let all my thoughts float away, but my brain wouldn’t turn off. Maybe I picked the wrong time of day to meditate because I squeezed it in between other to-do list items.

Luckily, I made time for a yoga class, and I was able to meditate there. If nothing else, today was proof that one failed meditation session isn’t the end of the world, and I can start again another time for a better experience.
