Day 20

As I begin writing this blog post, I notice stomach nausea changing into healthy hunger pangs. I notice a thought of “take mediation breaks while creating output.” Another thought, “no, ‘breaks’ isn’t the word I want to put out there.”

I notice a fluid feeling at my genitals. lol. Glad I’m no longer afraid of losing control of my bladder while sleeping, which literally was a terrifying fear when the anxiety was at its worst a few years ago.

I notice gratitude arising. When my girlfriend is not with me/here/absent/etc, I vow to meditate.
