Unhealthy conditioned thought patterns interfere with our ability to experience and express unconditional goodwill. Today’s meditation practice creates an opportunity for us to consciously evolve unhealthy conditioned thought patterns into healthier ones.

Centering ourselves on the felt-thought “may I be well, may I be peaceful” helps us cultivate a foundation of goodwill. From there, we are able to extend that goodwill to the various people and situations we encounter throughout our day.
The felt-thought “may you be well, may you be peaceful” creates an energetic bridge connecting our best self to another’s best self, and effectively levels up the quality of the interaction.
