Day 27 Meditation on Compassion 2020

Great day everyone.

This meditation is so powerful and holds so much potential to change our surroundings, including people. Just like when someone gives off a “bad vibe”, we can gently introduce a warm, healing waves to those around us. It’s not easy when everything else seems to be in chaos.
Just think of yourself as a filter and when negativity or anger is near it is transformed or zapped into a positive. Or the aggressive feeling stretches and changes like a kalidescope (? possible misprint).
Investigate the anger, pain, fear and change it by adding healing, hope,  love.
