Day 28 • Interconnectedness Meditation

Congratulations on completing a month of daily meditation! Make sure to celebrate this accomplishment! I have found great value in many of the exercises, an even more value in sharing insights each day.

Sharon’s Real Happiness lessons and guided meditations will be available until the end of May, so we are able to revisit some or all of the program for the next three months.

“Most crawling reptilians, the most earthbound of all creatures, have remained unchanged for millions of years. Some, however, grew feathers and wings and turned into birds, thus defying the force of gravity that had held them for so long. They didn’t become better at crawling or walking, but transcended crawling and walking entirely.” Eckhart Tolle

All of life has conspired to bring you to this exact space at this exact time. Not to struggle and suffer, but to explore, experience, and express creativity and insight. Every thought, every action, changes the course of history in ways we can never know.

As Whole-Life Leaders, we commit ourselves to living into our best self each day and helping those around us do the same. The mindfulness exercises we have learned this month support that intention by helping us consciously change how we focus.

Inviting “magic moments” of awareness into our everyday life dynamically enhances the quality of all our relationships, and activates our experience of engaged aliveness, enduring fulfillment, and meaningful success.

Today’s meditation exercise reminded me of another original poem from my collection, so I thought I would share it today to close out our challenge. Enjoy!

“Caterfly”

Each life stage
When fully honored
Through unwavering surrender
To inner guidance
Creates the thread
Through darkest dysfunction
Linking one stage
To the next
Revealing breathtaking transformation
Beyond all imagination

May all beings be happy ♡
