Day 5- Restructure your thought habits

Most of us have developed habitual patterns of how we speak to ourselves. The patterns are so ingrained that we don’t even notice them and typically aren’t aware of how destructive or unkind the patterns can be. To see if your thoughts may be more harsh then you would like, try imagining saying the same words to a loved one, a child, or a pet. Would you do it? The answer may become quite clear.

Your new awareness will pave the way for you to begin a new, more compassionate way of speaking to yourself.
