I enjoyed today’s meditation so much. At the beginning Sharon said, “the forces that we’re cultivating in meditation practice are tranquility and energy, calmness and alertness, relaxation and investigation. In any method of meditation, we work to bring these together, to bring them into balance.”
At the end of the meditation I pondered on that thought. It reminds me a lot of what I strive for in my breathwork practice for myself and convey to others who are interested in doing breathwork. It is a balancing act.
