It’s been a hectic weekend.
These last two days have focused on our sense of our bodies. It was a bit odd to walk around the house for my walking meditation but the snow in town makes walking difficult in some areas.
I can see how focusing on the body can increase our awareness of ourselves. And I see how it helps us to be more aware and in tune with the world around us too. And I can see how it helps us to focus in our meditation.
It’s a great start! We are almost to the halfway point.
