Today is the end of the third week of the meditation challenge. I can proudly say that I have meditated, AND BLOGGED, every day during this challenge. There is still one week to go, but this is quite the accomplishment.
As soon as I wake up, between 4:30am and 6:00am, I have crept downstairs, turned my computer on and have sat and listened to Sharon guide me through the daily practice. Eventhough it’s super early in the morning, it turns out that I really enjoy this alone time before my son and husband wake up. And it’s a nice way to start the day. I plan on continuing this habit of a morning meditation, and instead of blogging for the challenge, I plan on creatively writing for at least 30 minutes (or until the baby wakes up). Thank you, Sharon, for helping me create what I hope is a new daily ritual.
