I always feel a sense of gratitude when doing the practice of a lovingkindness meditation. Sometimes it’s overwhelming and it brings me to tears. Other times it just makes me smile and fills me with warmth. During today’s practice I imagined people in my circle whom I’ve never met but always admired. To feel a sense of love and ease from them was surprising. Reflecting on this now makes me realize that I can feel love for a complete stranger and they too can feel love for me. Thank you, Sharon!
