Today’s meditation practice is one that I do often. It has helped me to understand others and to see them as people who, like myself, also experience pain, happiness, fear, and love. And it has helped me to understand that everyone may not only being fighting a great battle inside, but also that each person sees themsleves as the star of their own movie. This meditation has helped me to come from a place of compassion towards others instead of a place of disconnect, distancing, or judgment. Thank you Sharon for reminding me of these insights.
