Day4 – counting

Counting the breath usually helps me to calm down, but I typically lose count pretty quickly and then end up right back at breath one. During today’s practice, as I was counting I felt how tight my neck was and then tried to bring in the breath to settle it. This then led me to think why my neck is tight (watching my son).  And then I went on a story about how I haven’t baby proofed enough. Oy. So back to breath one! I just keep reminding myself that I can always come back to breath one.  Thanks Sharon!
