Day5 – speaking to myself

When my mind wanders during my meditation I always say to myself, “come back”. I can almost hear my yoga teacher,  Barbara Ruzansky, saying those words to me. And then I try again to focus on each breath – the sound of each breath and the feel of each breath. And then my mind wanders again. Today, my mind was racing for most of the practice, but I was able to gently bring it back. I’ve grown to be a bit gentler and kinder to myself as I hope I am to others as well.
