Decompression

This was an excellent meditation to end the work week.  I addressed difficult emotions and stress with the lightness of “there you are”. And I also became very vigilant with my negative thoughts.  This greatly helped me to step back and observe a situation rather than react to a situation.  I was able  to find positive solutions to problems instead of ruminating for hours on what should have been. Thank you Sharon for another wonderful week!
