I started the audio before I could give myself a chance to be scared of it.
It felt okay to see how it all fits together if I don’t have to fix the difficult emotion, but to offer it kindness.
And doing this after a nice stretching session made the meditation feel like a kindness. Not a fearless.
Much goodness to you fellow meditation travelers. I am feeling somewhat connected to those still at this. The connected feeling arose a few days ago, and it keeps being with me, I feel okay with nurturing that for now.
