Double edged sword of noting

I can sometimes note my thoughts without judgement and other times I become frustrated by the number of times I have allowed my thoughts to interrupt my meditation.  Like Sharon says, come back to the breath and begin again.  I did like the suggestion of “Oh, thinking”.  This helped me to soften my tone and back off on the judgement.  I have to remind myself that every time I sit to meditate it’s a win.  Every time I stop and take a mindful breath, it’s a win.
