I did the Sharon Salzberg meditation challenge a few years ago. It was nice – I was just starting to get into meditation. I had no idea how powerful it could be and I continue a meditation practice. It is definitely a practice because it is never perfect and ebbs and flows, much like my life.

I have not yet had a chance to do the eating meditation. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting so I don’t eat breakfast and lunch was at work and had dinner with a dear friend socially last night. I imagine I could have talked him into doing it with me but I’m not sure I’m going to get to this meditation until I have a solo meal. Will report back when that happens.
