When does meditation end? I had assumed that with a guided meditation that when the audio file ended so did the meditation session. The first day it was several minutes before I realized that the “guided” part had ended. Day two the fuzziness was at both ends of the session and now on Day 3 the “awareness” is lingering. Even while writing this post the awareness of the breath is still present and the feeling of calmness is still there. Is this what “mindfulness” is?
