Awakening and love require shifts in the mind and heart that allow one to be open to radically new possibilities. In this weekend intensive retreat, we explore cultivating an open field of potentiality. Sharon and Roshi Joan Halifax will teach together, guide special practice exercises, lead meditations on the cultivation of love, kindness and compassion, and explore with participants the profound value and power of love at this time of radical uncertainty.
This special retreat with two great friends and renowned teachers is a time for us to explore what it means to awaken to real love. Both experienced and non-experienced meditators are welcome.
LODGING FILLS QUICKLY. WE ENCOURAGE EARLY LODGING COMMITMENT.
