Lovingkindness meditation is a source of peace for my mind. As a worrier, I find using this meditation can shift me to accept my angst. This tool has empowered me as a daughter, mother, wife and friend. In these moments of worry and distress, I can send my very best wishes outward. Here is my Lovingkindness meditation: “May you be well (mentally, emotionally and physically), may you be happy, may you be at peace, and may you be loved.” This meditation helps me to feel connected to others as I can see their life explode with goodness.
Add walking into a Lovingkindness meditation and I’m able to feel happiness throughout my body. My life explodes with goodness through the joy of movement – favorite meditation practice of mine.
