Falling into place Again

For the last year things just seem to have been falling into place for me.

I guess you could say I appear to be getting what I need.

For awhile now my goal with meditation has been to formally practice mindfulness at least twice per day.  I have been stumbling a bit with this goal.  I have done very well with one time per day, usually late at night.  I need and want more.

This mindfulness challenge is going to give me an opportunity to meet my goal.  I know I will look forward to having a new meditation every day.  This will easily motivate me to practice each morning. Eventually meditating every morning will become a habit that I will not want to quit.
