I am so grateful that my friend sent this link for the 28-day meditation challenge. I am studying Buddhism, but find I have a hard time “sitting” every day. I love this because I get a daily reminder and an assignment, so that I can better accommodate mediation into my life.
Although it’s just my first day, I donated to the challenge to show my appreciation and increase my drive to do it. And I am going to do it!
Concentration is the lesson for today, and for me, it’s a lesson for every day. Just breathing. And sitting. I like the suggestion that I can breath at a stoplight, in a grocery line, or even at work. Just take a break and focus (concentrate) on “now.”
Thank you to Sharon for this opportunity.
