Happy to be back

This is the third year

i will be blogging during Sharon’s 28-day meditation challenge and I’m so thrilled to be back. I’ve been working on cultivating a daily mindfulness meditation practice – it’s not easy! I try to do something daily, even if it’s just taking a few deep breaths and focusing only on that. I’m resolved to enjoy this journey and am thrilled to be able to participate in this unique and wonderful event.
