Having Grace for Ourselves and Others

It was a light bulb moment to recognize a painful situation not as right or wrong, but a state of suffering.  I’ve been focusing on forgiveness work in my life.  Some days are easier than others.  Most days I feel I have forgiven and released a tremendous amount of regret and fear, yet there are still times when it creeps up and feels stifling and toxic.  Acknowledging our state of suffering reminds us that we are not alone.  We are on this path together looking to open our hearts, live with peace, and help others along the way.
