Hello from NJ/Metro NYC

Hello, everyone. I have half-heartedly (are we allowed to say half-assed?) a meditation practice for several years now. I’m hoping this challenge gives me the motivation to stick with it and experience what a regular practice has to offer, whatever that may be for me. I struggle with anxiety – nothing that has been diagnosed but I know it when I feel it – and turn to meditation to self-soothe and refocus. So let’s do this!
