my name is Rob and I’m participating in the Real Happiness Meditation Challenge and I’ve opted to blog about it here! I’m really looking forward to the challenge because I like to learn everything I can about meditation and mindfulness. I’ve been a meditator off and on for about 12 years but in the past year or so I’ve deepened my practice on a path to help others on this journey.
Meditation has helped me to find more clarity and wisdom to approach anxiety, loss and insight in my life. It has also reminded me of how important compassion and kindness toward all life is to me.
I’m really looking forward to going on this journey of insight and discovery with all of you!
