Impermanence

Noticing what I am feeling during meditation and allowing it to be a “feeling” rather than a weighted, permanent part of my being is incredibly informative. I am loving my willingness today to change my perspective about what emotions are. I feel good in this moment, this one moment that I allow an emotion to simply be impermanent, and not define my entire life and self around it. What a relief that is!
