In and out

Today’s meditation was very quick to me. I always love it when I manage to get to my cushion right after my morning yoga practice. I enjoy these breathing practices because I feel like I can get in to a good state of mind quicker than some of the other ones. However, I think I might need to find a different meditation spot or at least close my bedroom door. I had some dogs on my lap last night and my cat decided to join in the fun today. Not exactly ideal circumstances to find zen.
