How do you turn around a day that starts with a negative intention? First off I know it’s crazy to think someone would purposely set a negative intention. What is in my mind is one of those days, such as an anniversary of a traumatic event, that you wake up thinking this day is gonna suck. Or maybe it’s all going good and someone calls to ask how your doing or social media pops up a memory, BAM your knocked right out of the present. How do you get back into the present when it seems the deck is stacked against you. Lock yourself in a room and ignore everything. Then your isolating and letting the past and/or the future take over the now. I wish someone could tell me the definitive answer, but really I already know it. Practice until you find the answer within yourself.
