Kick out the negative

I’ve been working on acknowledging negative thoughts and focusing on the abundance in my life.  When negativity arises, I visualize myself kicking it out of my head like a soccer ball.  This is not as graceful as Sharon’s method, but it’s greatly helped me to start being aware of how negativity can mentally and physically wear us down.

I highly recommend watching your thoughts for negativity.  Once you become aware and acknowledge them you will begin to feel lighter and more aware of the goodness and beauty around you.
