When the life get on the way….

So, my schedule got really crazy busy during last week. I wasn’t able to sit and meditate every single day. I was not happy about it but tried to stay very close to my practice. I do my meditation when I walk on the street. Paying attention to every step I take, being in the moment, letting all the thoughts go away, concentrating on my breath or letting my self completely open my ears and get immerse with my surroundings.  Sometimes it take a few minutes to realize that the mind slipped away so I can gently guide it back and again it can be still and quite. I’m balanced.
