So I have been terrible about posting during the 28 day challenge, but I have been doing the daily meditation.
This loving kindness section is a tough one and a good one. I struggle with letting go of anger towards some and it makes it hard to wish them well in any way, but it’s necessary. Holding resentment or hate is not good for our minds and body. Keep that in mind as you go through these meditations. All can be forgiven.
Thank you for the great posts and journals throughout this month. It’s been really inspiring to me.
